What we are, and what we are not
Complify AI s.r.o. is a software company. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal services. Formal legal opinions, once offered through our platform, are issued by our partner law firm, Havel & Partners, under its own professional responsibility. See Legal assurance.
Accessibility statement
Complify AI s.r.o. wants everyone to be able to use complif.ai, including people who use assistive technology.
Standard. We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
Status. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA [FOUNDER INPUT: set “partially” or “fully” after the launch audit (#30)]. “Partially conformant” means that some content does not fully meet the standard. The known exceptions are listed below.
Known limitations.
- On small screens, the diagrams on the Product and Legal assurance pages are replaced by numbered lists with the same content.
- Diagrams are drawn as SVG with a short text alternative. A full written description is given in the surrounding text, not inside the image.
What we do. We use semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and no content that flashes or moves without your control. Every page can be read without JavaScript. We run automated accessibility checks (axe, Lighthouse) on every deployment and a manual keyboard and screen-reader review before major releases.
Browsers. We test in the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Feedback. If something on this site is hard to use, tell us at hello@complif.ai. Describe the page and the problem. We reply within 10 business days [FOUNDER INPUT: confirm (#24)] and fix what we can.
Legal note. Act No. 99/2019 Coll. on the accessibility of websites applies to public-sector bodies. It does not apply to Complify AI s.r.o. This statement is voluntary and follows the format of that Act and the W3C model.

Hosting
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). Pages are delivered from Microsoft’s global edge network. The contact form currently opens an email in your own mail program, so no form data is processed by our hosting.
