1. Scope
These terms apply to the public website complif.ai, operated by Complify AI s.r.o., Na příkopě 392/9, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic (see the Imprint). They do not apply to the Complify AI platform at app.complif.ai. Use of the platform is governed by a separate agreement with your company.
2. Information only
This website describes our product and services. Its content is general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a statement that any specific product complies with the law. Automated screening is a compliance-support tool; formal legal assessments are provided by our partner law firm under its professional responsibility. How each service tier works, and who is responsible for it, is described on the Legal assurance page and in your agreement.
We keep the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Regulations change. Do not act on website content without checking it for your own case.
3. Sample content is fictional
The sample report and any example products, ingredients, verdicts and citations shown on this website are illustrative. They do not describe a real product or a real assessment. Do not rely on them.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, diagrams, sample report and code of this website belong to Complify AI s.r.o. or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. “Complify AI” and our logo are our marks [FOUNDER INPUT: confirm trade mark status and wording (#31)]. Logos of partners and investors shown on this site belong to their owners.
You can view the website and print or save pages for your own internal use. You cannot copy, republish or sell our content, and you cannot extract it automatically, including for training machine-learning models, without our written permission [FOUNDER INPUT: keep or drop the model-training clause (#31)]. You can quote short passages with attribution and a link.
5. Contact form
When you use the contact form, give accurate details and do not send unlawful content or bulk messages. We handle the data you send under our Privacy notice. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
6. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, for example our partner law firm and legal texts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We can change or remove content at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Complify AI s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to natural rights, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Czech law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, if you are one, are not affected.
8. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic. For business users, the competent court is the court for the seat of Complify AI s.r.o. in Prague, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
